What personal data do we collect?

In connection with the provision of our condominium management services and the use of this website, we may collect and process the following categories of data:

Identification and contact data: name, tax identification number, email address, telephone number, address;
Property and condominium-related data: property address, unit identification, data relating to condominium owners’ meetings, information contained in minutes and regulations;
Financial data relating to condominium management: condominium fee amounts, payment history, bank details (IBAN) for the collection of payments and payment of suppliers, where applicable;
Website browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies, as detailed in our Cookie Policy;
Data relating to interactions with us: messages sent through the contact form, by email or by telephone.

We do not intentionally collect data relating to minors through this website.

With whom do we share your data?

We only share your personal data to the extent strictly necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations, namely with:

Accounting service providers and condominium management software providers that assist us with financial administration;
Suppliers and subcontracted companies providing maintenance, cleaning and gardening services, only where necessary to fulfil a specific request;
Competent public authorities, where required by law (for example, for tax purposes);
The parent company of the Smarta Group (Smartavillas, Smartamoves), only where strictly necessary for the provision of a service jointly and always in accordance with this Policy.

Sempre que os seus dados sejam transmitidos a subcontratantes, garantimos que estes oferecem garantias suficientes de proteção de dados, recorrendo, quando necessário, a Acordos de Tratamento de Dados nos termos das Cláusulas Contratuais-Tipo aplicáveis.

Não transferimos os seus dados pessoais para fora do Espaço Económico Europeu, salvo se tal for expressamente comunicado e devidamente salvaguardado nos termos do RGPD.

Your rights
