Our Story

SmartaCondo wasn’t born out of just an operational need, it was born from a real story, about people, families, and vacations.

It all started when we managed vacation properties through SmartaVillas. Close, almost familial relationships were created between guests, families, and owners. And it was precisely one of these condominiums, which we had been working with for years, that presented us with the challenge: “Why not take care of the condominium the way our homes are taken care of?”



This request made us realize what was already in front of us: we had all the pieces to create something bigger, an integrated, human and reliable service for those who value well-being, tranquility and a sense of belonging.

SmartaCondo thus emerges from the natural synergy between the companies of the Smarta Group: the property management experience of SmartaVillas, the professionalism of the cleaning and laundry team, and the real estate know-how of SmartaMoves.

We formalized the start of the partnership.
